Over the past week, the number of available beds at Nicklaus Children'S Hospital has fallen from 38 to 36. Currently, 202 beds are filled, out of 238 available.

Nicklaus Children'S Hospital indicated that it currently has a max ICU capacity of 64 patients. Currently 52 patients are in the ICU: 0 adults and 52 children.

The number of patients a hospital can handle changes based on staffing. Hospitals can also expand in times of crisis. Since April 3, Nicklaus Children'S Hospital's max ICU capacity has decreased 17.9 percent, from 78 to 64. Their total beds have decreased 17.9 percent from 290 to 238.
