Ocala Regional Medical Center indicated that it currently has a max ICU capacity of 58 patients. Currently 54 patients are in the ICU: 54 adults and 0 children.

The number of patients a hospital can handle changes based on staffing. Hospitals can also expand in times of crisis. Since April 3, Ocala Regional Medical Center's max ICU capacity has increased 20.8 percent, from 48 to 58. Their total beds have increased 12.5 percent from 256 to 288.
