Over the past week, the number of available beds at St Josephs Hospital has fallen from 166 to 123. Currently, 601 beds are filled, out of 724 available.

St Josephs Hospital indicated that it currently has a max ICU capacity of 97 patients. Currently 66 patients are in the ICU: 54 adults and 12 children.

The number of patients a hospital can handle changes based on staffing. Hospitals can also expand in times of crisis. Since April 3, St Josephs Hospital's max ICU capacity has increased 22.8 percent, from 79 to 97. Their total beds have increased 25.0 percent from 579 to 724.
