Over the past week, the number of available beds at UF Health Leesburg Hospital has risen from 70 to 72. Currently, 260 beds are filled, out of 332 available.

UF Health Leesburg Hospital indicated that it currently has a max ICU capacity of 48 patients. Currently 36 patients are in the ICU: 36 adults and 0 children.

The number of patients a hospital can handle changes based on staffing. Hospitals can also expand in times of crisis. Since April 3, UF Health Leesburg Hospital's max ICU capacity has increased 77.8 percent, from 27 to 48. Their total beds have increased 62.0 percent from 205 to 332.
