Feb. 19, 2012 — Orlando

Police located two stolen cars at an apartment complex on Martins Way. They also suspected that at least one of the cars had been used in two armed robberies that afternoon.

As police watched, three men got into the cars. Police stopped them as they left the complex.

As one man in a Chevy HHR was being arrested, Chadrick Spencer, 17, allowed his silver Buick to roll forward, striking one of the officers, police said. Neither Spencer nor his passenger, JaVohn Brown, 16, obeyed orders to put their hands up and get out of the car. Read more
